Spinal Flow

Spinal Flow is a gentle, non-invasive, nervous system–based approach that helps the body release stored stress and tension so it can regulate and heal naturally.

What Is Spinal Flow?

Spinal Flow is a gentle, non-invasive, nervous system–based approach that helps the body release stored stress and tension so it can regulate and heal naturally. It works by identifying and supporting areas of spinal blockages that interfere with communication between the brain and body.

Spinal Flow is not an adjustment or invasive therapy, but a technique that works with the body’s innate intelligence to restore balance and flow.

Why Spinal Flow Matters

When stress, trauma, or physical tension becomes stored in the nervous system, the body can get stuck in survival mode. Spinal Flow supports the nervous system in moving out of stress patterns and into regulation, allowing the body to heal more efficiently over time.

Spinal Flow works best with consistent care, as the nervous system responds and adapts through repetition and safety.

Who Can Receive Spinal Flow?

Spinal Flow is safe and effective for anybody and everybody, including: newborns, during pregnancy, children and teens, adults, & elderly clients

There are no contraindications, and Spinal Flow is a non-invasive technique. Care can be adapted for clients who are in wheelchairs or who need to lie on their side.

What To Expect as a Client

During the first visit, the practitioner performs a detailed posture assessment and spinal blockage

Sessions last approximately 20–35 minutes, depending on individual needs.

Clients could experience:

  • Tingling sensations
  • A wave of sensation moving through the spine
  • Emotional release, such as tears or laughter
  • A deep sense of relaxation and calm

During each session, the practitioner tracks the Spinal Flow wave and the status of each spinal blockage. Results and observations are shared with clients afterward.

There’s nothing that you need to do as a client except for relax, and please wear loose fitted clothes please no spanks or jeans that just makes it easier for me to work on you.

Many clients come to Spinal Flow after trying chiropractic, massage, or holistic care and are looking for a gentler, nervous system–focused approach.
